About Christal

Christal joined the Edmonton industrial team in 2020 as a Paralegal specializing in industrial real estate, where she has been instrumental in managing complex transactions including leasing and sales. Christal is an accomplished Paralegal with a history of 16 years of legal experience in corporate, tax and conveyancing law. Her vast experience in the legal industry has allowed her to effectively communicate with clients and competently manage complex closings, agreement preparation, and due diligence.

Known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure, Christal is a trusted team player who is always willing to lend a helping hand and share her expertise with colleagues.

Christal enjoys challenging herself and helping others. She spends her time with her family, friends and volunteering.

• Sport Central Association (2013–2016): Served as a Board Director, helping ensure that children across Alberta had access to sport equipment and opportunities to stay active.
• Big Brothers Big Sisters (2016–2021): Volunteered as a Big Sister and mentor, building a meaningful, long-term relationship based on trust, confidence, and personal growth.
• Youth Unlimited (2023–2024): Helped create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where teens could find support, belonging, and community connection.
• Big Brothers Big Sisters (2025–present): Rejoined the organization to work with vulnerable youth living in group homes or foster care, providing mentorship, stability, and positive role modeling.
