About Dave

Dave has been actively involved in Victoria's commercial real estate market since 2006 when his appraisal career began with D.R. Coell and Associates. In 2012 there was an opportunity to transition into the commercial sales and leasing side of the market when he joined DTZ Victoria. Since then he has become a Partner in the Victoria office and a leading broker in the Victoria market where he specializes in sales, leasing and consulting for a variety of private and public sector clients. Dave was raised in Victoria and spent a short time in Vancouver working with BC Assessment’s North Vancouver office. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria majoring in Political Science and Economics and is a graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Urban Land Economics program (DULE). In his free time Dave is a passionate surfer and fisherman spending as much time as possible pursuing these pastimes in local and tropical waters.
