David is a results-oriented and highly accomplished commercial realtor with over 7 years of experience in the National Capital Region. Proven track record of successful transaction management from start to finish, with a focus on Landlord/Tenant representations and investment sales.  Adept at leadership, problem-solving, and communication, David is committed to driving business success through strategic planning and effective collaboration.
 
Completing hundreds of transactions, and leasing hundreds of thousands of square feet throughout his career thus far, David is a Vice-President with Avison Young Commercial Real Estate specializing in leasing with an eye to create value for his owner-user clients and investors.
