About David

David Lieberman’s career in commercial real estate spans over 30 years and encompasses a broad range of real estate sales and consulting services. Having worked with many large private and institutional organizations, a member of Avison Young's Circle of Excellence list, David has a well-established track record of achievement, including the completion of numerous multi-residential and land development transactions.

David has acted as an expert witness for property owners on matters relating to property marketability and valuation in litigation cases. David is actively involved in community fundraising, participating on the board of a number of charitable organizations raising millions of dollars towards Mount Sinai Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital and other charitable institutions.
