David comes to Avison Young with a wealth of experience and expertise. Since 2011, David has been sharing his knowledge in leasing and real estate management, including for Quebec's largest REIT for seven years, from 2014 to 2021, where his last role was to manage the entire office portfolio of the Greater Montreal area, with more than 7 million square feet.

Arrived in May 2021 for the tenant representation department, David is a client-oriented strategist who fully understands the evolution of the Quebec real estate market. Thanks to his expertise in strategic real estate management for a landlord, he is recognized for his exceptional understanding of his files, and for defending his clients' various interests with heart. His strong entrepreneurial approach and attention to detail lead to the right personalized solution, for the companies he does business with, on a short, medium or long term strategy.

Together with his partners, Joey Di Biase and Pierre-Luc O'Brien, they manage a comprehensive quality service, which puts increased transparency in the market and the interests of the client at the forefront, in order to obtain conclusive results.
