About Dean

Dean Dimou is an Associate in Avison Young’s Toronto West office, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Dean holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph and brings five years of prior experience in residential real estate. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong foundation in negotiation, market analysis and client service, along with a relationship-driven approach focused on understanding each client’s unique objectives.

At Avison Young, Dean applies this experience to help businesses, owners and investors navigate their commercial real estate needs. He is committed to building long-term relationships and providing thoughtful, strategic advice that helps clients make informed real estate decisions.

Outside of the office, Dean enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, travelling and staying active. Having grown up playing competitive soccer and hockey, sports have always been an important part of his life and helped shape his competitive nature, work ethic and appreciation for teamwork—qualities he continues to bring to his professional career.
