About Devon

Devon Kerr joined Avison Young in August 2022 and brings 10 years of commercial real estate and business development experience to the Southwestern Ontario office. 

Devon has led the negotiations of more than 250 lease transactions in industrial and office properties throughout Ontario. As a representative of private REITs and institutional landlords, his portfolios under management have totalled more than six million square feet. Devon has extensive real estate management experience, leasing and capital budget knowledge and has participated in development and asset repositioning strategy. 

Devon is a registered Broker, a University of Guelph Real Estate and Housing alumni and CCIM candidate member.
