About Eamonn

Eamonn joined Avison Young as a Principal in 2019. He specializes in both leasing and investment transactions. Although he practices in Toronto, he has extensive national exposure in Canada and manages several national clients where he is involved in all aspect of their real estate strategy and decision making. He has extensive experience with office, industrial and retail portfolios.

Before joining Avison Young, Eamonn was consistently one of the top performers at Jones Lang LaSalle Canada. He was the #1 performer in 2014 and 2018 and the first inductee into Jones Lang LaSalle Hall of Fame in 2019. During his 30 years’ experience, Eamonn has acquired extensive experience with budgets, financing and market conditions. He has implemented and engineered many complex and innovative deal structures, including built-to-suits, building sales and leasebacks. He has widespread experience working with legal firms, high tech companies, engineering and insurance companies. Some of his notable deals include; Cisco, Amazon, Twitter, Lenovo, Hidi Rae Consulting Engineers, Canada Post and Ontario Securities Commission to name a few.
