He has experience in various real estate transactions and specializes in the Beltline & Suburban office market. Eric represents a diverse range of tenants, including oil and gas, national financial service providers, non-profits, tech startups, medical, and more.

He takes the time to guide his clients through the real estate transaction process, ensuring they have the guidance needed to make informed decisions to ensure value on their transaction. Eric is a Board Member for NAIOP (North American Industiral and Office Properties) Calgary, the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in commercial real estate.

Outside of work, Eric is an avid golfer and skier, and enjoys spending his downtime in the mountains.
