Gamaëlle Millien is a Client Services Coordinator with Avison Young’s Corporate Solutions team. She has experience in customer service, operations, coordination, and marketing communications. Before joining Avison Young, she supported multidisciplinary teams in the commercial real estate, engineering, and non-profit sectors, developing strong expertise in communication, organization, and operational coordination.

Passionate about process improvement and teamwork, Gamaëlle enjoys implementing approaches that promote efficiency, collaboration, and a seamless client experience. Drawing on her background in operations, marketing communications, and customer service, she brings a collaborative approach to operational coordination, team support, and continuous improvement initiatives. She particularly enjoys the intersection of operations and marketing, where organization, creativity, and attention to detail contribute to achieving shared goals.
