About Garrett

Garrett Noiles is a Principal with Avison Young, and a member of the Tenant Advisory Group. He and his team are focused on representing office tenants in Downtown Toronto.
 
Garrett has more than twelve years of experience in tenant and landlord representation and has advised several of the most recognized organizations in Toronto. In connection with these assignments, he has coordinated all matters of needs analysis, strategic planning, space search and selection, financial evaluation, and end-to-end negotiation across all transaction types — including leases, subleases, and coworking membership agreements.

Garrett is adept at understanding his client’s unique needs, leveraging his strong relationships within the brokerage community and employing an intimate knowledge of the market to deliver successful outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Garrett was a top emerging broker at a global commercial real estate company and was named the firm’s “Emerging Broker of the Year” for Canada in 2016. Garrett is also an award recipient of the NAIOP Greater Toronto Real Estate Excellence (REX) Awards.

Credentials

Garrett is a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).

Garrett studied at Brown University and graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University in 2013.
