About Garry

Garry Oledzki joined Avison Young in December 2018 as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent following his retirement from practicing commercial real estate and business law in Regina. In total, Garry has been involved in commercial real estate transactions for over 46 years.

Throughout his productive law career, he advised many local and national clients in commercial real estate sales, purchases, leasing, joint ventures, partnerships, mortgages and financings. Since retirement from law, Garry has worked as a consultant for property management firms, in commercial land assembly and in commercial property developments. Recently Garry has been involved in mergers and sales of institutional church properties and in purchases of vacant land for multifamily developments.

Garry has volunteered both professionally and personally with many local boards for a wide array of charities, arts programs, education, business and sports groups. He takes pride in being affiliated with groups such as: Canadian Tax Foundation, Market Square, Cancer Society, Alzheimer’s Society, Globe Theatre, Food Bank, Homebuilders Association, Performing Arts Centre, and Canadian Club.

As a results oriented, organized and efficient professional, Garry has always served his clients and his volunteer boards to the best of his ability. It is this experience that will assist him in serving the clients of Avison Young in finding the best properties for their commercial real estate needs.
