Garth White is a strategic real estate broker with significant experience advising owner-occupiers, investors, developers, and property owners regarding their industrial real estate interests.

Garth has over a decade of experience and a track record of completing over $3B in successful industrial real estate transactions. This experience includes a variety of dealmaking, from completing several of the largest industrial investment sales in British Columbia's history to representing the interests of private local businesses or landlords.

With a deep knowledge of the development process, Garth provides realistic development analysis for groups looking to develop industrial properties for their own occupancy, speculation, or assistance to landowners in understanding the value and development potential of their properties.

Garth joined Avison Young in 2015 after establishing himself as a top producer at a boutique commercial real estate firm in the Fraser Valley.
