About Habib

Habib joined the Avison Young Vancouver in 2026 and works as a Financial Analyst on the Vancouver Multi-Family team.

Originally from Pakistan and Dubai, Habib moved to Canada to attend the UBC Sauder School of Business where he specialized in Finance and Real Estate. During his time at UBC, he competed in several international case competitions – placing first at Cornell, ICSC and NAIOP – and served as President of the Housing Market Club. Habib has gained credible experience from his previous role as an Investments & Development Analyst, where he managed financial analysis and underwriting for land acquisitions and active development projects.
