Ian Whitchelo specializes in the commercial real estate market of the North Shore, as well as the surrounding areas of East Vancouver and North Burnaby. Ian’s expertise lies in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets and corporate real estate leasing, representing both landlords and tenants.

Ian began his commercial real estate career in 2005 with an international real estate firm before joining Avison Young in 2011.
