James is a member of the Capital Markets Group in Edmonton, with a focus on selling commercial investment properties. During his time at Avison Young, James has completed a variety of retail, office, industrial, land, and hotel sale transactions across Western Canada.

The Capital Markets Group offers comprehensive real estate transaction services to a national client base. James brings a unique perspective to his team, having transitioned into brokerage from a previous career in commercial banking at Bank of Montreal & Scotiabank. He has represented many of Canada’s REITs, REOCs, and high-net-worth investors in the sale of their assets.
