About Jamie

Jamie is a Principal and the Managing Director of Winnipeg’s Avison Young team.  Currently heading a staff of 16 real estate professionals, Jamie has had the privilege of working with and learning from countless experienced and seasoned agents, managers, and support staff since joining Avison Young back in 2004. 

With over 25 years of real estate experience, Jamie has acted on behalf of some of Canada’s largest institutional landlords, national clients, and local investors, to complete some of the most noteworthy transactions in the marketplace.  Consistently a top producer in the Winnipeg office, Jamie continues to develop off-market opportunities while embracing a team approach to servicing the broad array of needs of his numerous clients in all real estate sectors.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Jamie worked at Sun-X Properties where he assisted in the design and project management of several new-generation industrial developments. At a time when few developers were building in Winnipeg Jamie had the unique opportunity to learn the business literally from the ground up.
