About Jandip

Jandip Deol has 20 years of real estate brokerage experience, the last 17 specializing in the sale of multifamily real estate. Over the course of Jandip’s career, he has been involved in the sale of 10,000 units and over $1.7B of multifamily real estate in Alberta. These transactions have included dealings with a variety of investors including developers, REITs, pension funds and private investors. Jandip’s unique skill set combines extensive tax knowledge and analytic skills with a real estate background to provide his clients with an optimal sales experience.

He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta School of Business in 2006, majoring in Financial Accounting. Subsequently, he articled at Deloitte & Touche from 2006 to 2008, obtaining his CA designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2009.

In his spare time, Jandip enjoys working with charitable organizations. His previous charitable experience includes time with the Children’s Wish Foundation as Sponsorship Chair and Co-Founder of the Punjabi Sports Association in Edmonton. He currently is a board member of the Cure Cancer Foundation in Alberta and the Garneau/University Early Learning Centre.
