About Jayne

As Principal and Global Chief of Staff, Jayne McColl serves on Avison Young’s Global Management Committee and Global Executive Committee, contributing to the firm’s strategic direction and long‑term growth. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Jayne partners closely with the CEO and collaborates with stakeholders across the organization, including the Board of Directors, to advance critical initiatives and enterprise-wide projects.

A champion of Avison Young’s unique and people‑centric culture, Jayne serves as Executive Sponsor of the Empower Employee Resource Group, fostering inclusion and community across the firm.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Jayne was the Operations Manager for the Calgary office of Colliers International.
