About Jen

Jen Schroer is an Associate with the Vancouver Industrial Advisory Group focussing on industrial sales and leasing in the Fraser Valley. 

Prior to joining Avison Young in June 2024, Jen spent 12+ years at a boutique brokerage where she acquired substantial experience in sales, administration, and operations, including residential project marketing sales, assisting industrial sales and leasing, and overseeing brokerage operations. As a previous Managing Broker, Jen was recognized for effective leadership in operational strategy and management, and for having consistently cultivated a collaborative and accountable workplace culture.

Jen’s diverse experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate sales and operations. Collaborating alongside with Ryan Kerr, Garth White, Joe Lehman, and Bryn Cartwright, Jen is poised to drive impactful outcomes within the team.
