About Joe

Joe Lehman specializes in commercial sales and leasing with a focus on industrial properties located throughout Metro Vancouver and British Columbia. He has established himself in his current position by being a knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate advisor to his many long-term clients. Most notably, Joe focuses on freestanding building and strata sales, leasing, build-to-suits, land sales and investment sales. His extensive understanding of this market and asset class allows him to provide clients with market information and sound advice, adding value to each transaction he is a part of.

Joe was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, before moving to British Columbia. After studying at the University of Alberta, he attended British Columbia Institute of Technology, earning a diploma in Marketing Management with a specialty in Commercial Real Estate. Joe joined Avison Young in 2015 after establishing himself at a boutique commercial real estate firm in the Fraser Valley and became a Principal with Avison Young in 2018. Today, Joe works with  Garth White, Ryan Kerr, Bryn Cartwright, Jen Schroer and Amir Pourmina, Chantel Wong, Madison Talling and Katie Delesalle who have collectively become one of Metro Vancouver’s top industrial teams.
