About Joe

Joe joined Avison Young in 2004 and is active in the Regina and Saskatoon markets. Over the past 16 years, his focus has been on the office and retail markets with a key focus for delivering agency leasing, tenant representation and advisory services for owners and users. In addition to the leasing mandates from large national corporations, government and institutional clients, Joe also works with smaller regional and local users helping them to identify and implement their real estate strategies.

He has been involved in numerous leasing transactions for office and retail properties as well as investment sales and has gained significant experience representing both landlords and tenants of commercial real estate. 

Joe is committed to representing his clients with a high  level of professionalism, focusing on their objectives and working closely with them to provide solutions to their commercial real estate needs.
