John Bar joined Avison Young Commercial Real Estate in 2011 joining their Southwestern Ontario office. Prior to joining Avison Young, John served as broker for eight years with Cushman & Wakefield in Calgary and then Mississauga (covering Hamilton, Burlington, Brant). John has achieved success across a broad range of product types including industrial building sales and leasing, investment sales, development land sales, land assemblies and the marketing of industrial parks in all areas of the western Greater Golden Horseshoe and previously in Calgary.
