As a leader of one of Calgary’s most active occupier services teams, John has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2007. The team has worked with numerous high profile local and national tenants as a trusted advisory group. John has been involved in many significant transactions and complex real estate issues, including but not limited to: detailed financial analysis, headlease, and sublease negotiations, location and site selection, and disposition and acquisition strategies driven by M&A activity.
