About Jonathan

Jonathan is an Associate on Avison Young’s Capital Markets Team, focusing on income-producing commercial properties and development land throughout British Columbia. He started at Avison Young in 2021 as a Research Manager and covered the Metro Vancouver office market, before joining the Capital Markets Team in 2022 as a Financial Analyst. Previously, Jonathan spent five years working in business development for the Canadian institutional division of a major global investment management firm in Vancouver.

Jonathan attended the University of British Columbia, where he graduated with a major in Economics and a minor in Commerce. He is a CFA charterholder.
