About Jordan

Jordan Boin is a Sales Representative in Avison Young’s Toronto West office. Jordan specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties throughout the GTA with major focus on the GTA West submarket.

Jordan joined Avison Young after graduating with distinction from the University of Guelph, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in real estate and housing. Prior to joining the company, Jordan worked in a variety of sectors within the Canadian real estate industry including property management, finance, and property assessment.

Jordan’s past work experiences give him the ability to advise on all phases of the transaction cycle from introduction to closing.

Taking great pride in his work and having a genuine interest in generating the best possible outcome for his clients has allowed Jordan to deliver favorable results throughout each transaction.

Since joining Avison Young in 2018, Jordan has demonstrated consistency and success amongst his peers. In 2021 & 2022 Jordan was recognized as one of Avison Young's top junior producers across all offices globally and was also a 2022 finalist for SIOR's Young Professional of the Year (under 5 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience) award recognizing top industry performance and community involvement.

Jordan was also globally recognized by Avison Young with the 2022 Sean Faught Emerging Talent Award, for adding value and going above and beyond for his partners and clients.
