Julian joined Avison Young in 2021 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in marketing from the University of Calgary. Julian is a dedicated commercial real estate broker based in Vancouver, specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial properties. With an in-depth understanding of the local market, he brings a strategic approach to every transaction, ensuring optimal results for his clients. Whether streamlining leasing processes or orchestrating successful sales or acquisitions, he is committed to delivering unparalleled service and value in the dynamic realm of commercial real estate. In his career, Julian has transacted hundreds of thousands of square feet worth of industrial properties along with hundreds of acres of industrial land.
