Justin Omichinski started his career at a boutique commercial real estate firm in Vancouver, British Columbia, specializing in Downtown, Gastown, Railtown, Yaletown and other periphery Vancouver markets. Since joining Avison Young, Justin has developed his range of services by representing landlords and tenants in all sectors of leasing, and completing various investment sales transactions particularly with redevelopment sites, value-add opportunities and long-term holding property acquisitions.

Justin represents notable owners of office assets ranging from class A buildings to small heritage buildings as well as prominent local, national and international corporate tenants. This diverse experience gives his clients an extreme advantage during the strategizing and negotiation processes.
