About Katie

Katie Delesalle joined Avison Young in 2023. She works alongside Ryan Kerr, Garth White, Joe Lehman, Bryn Cartwright and Jen Schroer in Industrial Leasing and Sales, providing marketing and administrative support in all aspects of their business. She works closely with the internal marketing department to manage marketing campaigns and collateral, brand development, digital marketing, and client communication strategies. She is also involved in the transaction process and assists with local and national RFPs and team pursuits, including sourcing proposal content, collection of data, and listing presentations.

With over 4 years of marketing experience and having worked for one of BC’s leading residential homebuilders, Katie brings a new perspective to the industrial team. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts—Health Sciences from Queen’s University and a Diploma from BCIT’s School of Business, specializing in Marketing Communications.
