About Katie

Katie Delesalle joined Avison Young in 2023, supporting the team’s marketing, operations, and client service initiatives. Working closely with the internal marketing and research teams, she manages marketing campaigns, proposals, presentations, and branded collateral across multiple platforms. Her experience includes brand development, industrial real estate marketing, client relations, and event coordination.

Prior to joining the industrial team, Katie gained over six years of marketing experience, including with one of British Columbia’s leading residential homebuilders. Known for her strong eye for design and detail, she creates strategic marketing materials that enhance property positioning and client engagement while supporting industrial sales and leasing assignments for landlords, tenants, owners, and investors.
