By prioritizing a collaborative team dynamic, Kaveh's leadership focus is to encourage diverse thinking and a creative mindset in order to achieve the corporate goals and drive results for stakeholders and clients alike.  

With over 18 years of experience in the property management space, Kaveh has had the opportunity to work with some of Canada's leading real estate companies, both as the owner-operator, and in more recent years in the 3rd-party property management environment.  

His extensive experience has equipped him with the skills needed to effectively manage all aspects of the property management landscape.  During his career Kaveh has overseen sustainability submissions resulting in LEED Platinum designations, achieving Wire Score Gold, Rick Hansen Accessibility designations, and most recently achieving a BOMA Platinum designation.  Kaveh has also had extensive experience overseeing a wide range of capital projects and major building repositioning’s, working closely with Leasing firms on large scale leasing strategies.  As Kaveh joins the Avison Young team, he looks forward to further growth in the Real Estate Management space and the opportunity to working closely with industry leading property management professionals.
