About Kelvin

Kelvin Hair is an Associate at Avison Young in Calgary, working alongside Principal Steven Goertz. He focuses on suburban office sales, leasing, and subleasing, providing market insight, negotiation support, and transaction execution for landlords and occupiers.

Recognized early for his performance, Kelvin became the first Client Services Coordinator in Calgary to receive Avison Young’s Rising Star Award, reflecting his professionalism, work ethic, and consistent ability to elevate deliverables. Since transitioning into an Associate role, he has expanded into more client-facing responsibilities.

Previously, Kelvin was the Marketing Coordinator at Blenz Coffee’s head office in Vancouver, leading national digital campaigns and brand strategy. He also held a management role at Poplar Grove Winery & Restaurant, which was recognized as one of the region’s top restaurants during his tenure.

Known for his collaborative approach, analytical mindset, and marketing expertise, he is building a reputation as a trusted partner in Calgary’s suburban office market.
