About Kenny

Kenny joined Avison Young in February 2025 as Senior Valuation Consultant. He is an experienced real estate professional with over 4 years of industry experience in Toronto and Hong Kong. His expertise lies in property valuation and development consultancy. Kenny has worked with major financial institutions, investors, government departments, and private clients, providing high-quality valuation and advisory services. His proficiency in valuation, market research, and property development planning has enabled him to support clients in key investment and decision-making processes. In his current role, Kenny completes appraisal reports for the Canadian Investment Valuation business for Avison Young which services some of the country’s top Canadian Investors. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, Kenny most recently held role as Real Estate Analyst at Urbanation. where he worked on market research and analysis on condominium, rental, and land development sectors across Ontario and nationwide. Before relocating to Toronto, Kenny gained extensive valuation experience working in CBRE Asia Pacific and the Hong Kong Government. Kenny is currently enrolled in the AIC program at the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, actively working towards obtaining his AACI designation.
