About Kerman

Kerman is an Associate Vice President in Avison Young’s Investment Division and focusses on development land and income producing commercial properties in Metro Vancouver.

Kerman joined Avison Young in 2019 as the Research Coordinator for Vancouver’s Investment Division where he was responsible for performing valuations on a variety of asset classes, maintaining the investment comparable database, and preparing semi-annual research reports. Prior to joining Avison Young, he worked at a local real estate development company in Vancouver. Kerman brings a strong analytical background along with his strong work ethic and competitive drive to Avison Young’s Investment Division.

Kerman holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia (UBC) with a dual specialization in Finance and Real Estate. While attending UBC, he played soccer for the Thunderbirds, winning four Canada-West Championships and is a two-time Academic All Canadian.
