About Kevin

Since joining Avison Young in January 2025, Kevin has played a key role in supporting the Capital Markets and Multi-Family teams through detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and due diligence for investment transactions across all major real estate asset classes. 

Before joining Avison Young, Kevin gained experience in financial statement audits of prominent land developers in Calgary and worked in management consulting, where he was responsible for financial management and analysis of large public-sector engagements. His background provides him with a strong foundation in financial modelling, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Kevin obtained his CPA designation in January 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Calgary. His combination of audit, management consulting, and real estate finance experience allows him to deliver actionable insights into investment opportunities and market trends.

Since joining Avison Young, Kevin has supported the Capital Markets and Multi-Family teams in brokering transactions totaling over $135M and was recognized with the Q2 2025 Avison Young Calgary Navigator Award for his outstanding contributions.
