With a sharp focus on office tenant representation, Kieran brings strategic insight, market expertise, and a client-first mindset to every transaction. Having completed his MBA at the John Molson School of business, Kieran arrived in commercial real estate in 2016. He was successful straight out of the gates and won the award at his agency for Rookie Broker of the Year in 2018.

Throughout his career in commercial real estate, he has successfully advised companies ranging from startups to multi-national firms, helping them navigate complex lease negotiations, relocations, renewals, acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio optimization.

From initial needs assessment to final lease execution, he acts as a trusted adviser, delivering data-driven solutions and leveraging deep market knowledge to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.
