About Kurt

As a Vice President within Avison Young’s GTA West Office and Special Facilities Group, Kurt commenced his career in commercial real estate in 2000 and specializes in large account and transaction management for both corporations and developers.

Kurt’s strengths include portfolio and strategic planning, negotiation, financial analysis and site selection/disposition work. He has a wide range of transaction activity in capital markets, office leasing, design build, sale leasebacks, land assembly and commercial re-developments. Personal Business Philosophy - Continued enhancement of personal knowledge base and to consistently strive to further develop the technical and creative skill sets to better serve and surpass the clients’ needs through creative Real Estate solutions to derive the maximum value for their transactions. In the past 21 years, Kurt has brokered the lease and sale of over 1000 office and industrial properties.
