About Laurence
Ms. Bérard is the Senior Sales Operations Manager of Avison Young’s Québec Capital Markets Team. In this role, she is tasked with overseeing all team operations, streamlining processes as well as hiring, training, and championing new hires.
Prior to joining Avison Young in March of 2023, Laurence had been with JLL for eight years. She was tasked with overseeing the development and implementation of the team’s marketing and branding strategy. Her expertise lies in brand conception and design and stretches across print, digital, and video media.
