About Levent

Levent holds the position of manager within the Corporate Solutions group at Avison Young's Montreal office. He acts as a representative for numerous tenant clients, both in Quebec and across Canada. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Levent has in-depth expertise in brokerage, business development, and valuation, acquired from local and international companies in Canada and Turkey.

Before joining Avison Young, he enriched his knowledge of the Canadian real estate market as a broker at CDNGLOBAL and a senior analyst at Altus Group. These experiences allowed him to develop solid skills in strategic consulting and commercial real estate transaction management.

Thanks to his diverse background, Levent is able to advise clients on customized occupancy solutions, prepare detailed financial analyses, and develop rigorous negotiation strategies, always in line with the business model and culture of the company he services.
