About Linda

Linda Capar, a Vice President with Avison Young has specialized in office and industrial leasing since 1997. Her commitment to leasing was formalized on 2002 when Linda secured her Certified Leasing Officer (CLO) designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada. Active participation in both Landlord and Tenant Representation provides Linda with a depth of market intel and her clients a 360 degree view.

Linda attributes her success to always putting her client first while being respectful and cooperative to her industry peers. Linda’s clients benefit from her ability to communicate, quickly identify obstacles and formulate creative solutions.

Linda’s dedication to her Landlord clients through all market cycles have earned her long term office listing assignments over the past years with such notable clients such as GWL Realty Advisors Inc., Telus Pension Fund, Artis REIT, Allied REIT and Huntingdon REIT.

At a local level, Linda has successfully assisted her Avison Young associates throughout the country with their Tenant Representation mandates in both acquiring new sites and lease renewals. A few notable office transactions include MNP (39,000 sf), KPMG (26,000 sf) and ClaimsPro (15,600 sf).
