Linely has 30+ years of commercial real estate experience often exceeding 50+ transactions per year in Saskatchewan. He presents an unparalleled ability for networking and connection. This connection extends inter-provincially as Linely has demonstrated the ability to get the job done regardless of the task at hand.

Linely has worked with major financial institutions, including relocates and new branches, along with disposition of properties. He has represented large retail chains such as Tim Hortons, A & W and Visions Electronics, while enjoying working relationships with major retail tenant reps for both power & strip centres and mall locations. Linely has a roster of investment buyers, and his propensity for discovering business opportunities for growth perpetuates his clients’ success.

Linely has been president of the Cathedral Village Community Association and has chaired the Cathedral Village Arts Festival several times. He is a long standing member of the Kiwanis Club of Regina-Wascana and is member of Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce. Linely has been a member of ICSC International for 20+ years with consistent attendance at ICSC Toronto & Whistler conventions.

Linely is the proprietor of Happy Hollow Corn Maze, an annual Autumn family festival in Lumsden, Saskatchewan.
