Maggie Christie is a Principal and Director for Avison Young’s Valuation & Advisory Services team, with extensive experience providing valuation and advisory services across all major commercial asset classes in Canada. Her work focuses on industrial, multi-family, hospitality, retail, and special-use properties.

Maggie’s expertise includes the valuation of industrial facilities, mixed-use developments, hotels and motels, commercial condominiums, multi-residential buildings, and development land. She regularly supports clients in areas such as financing, estate planning, dispute resolution, internal decision-making, market rent studies, and a wide range of consulting assignments.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate from the University of Guelph (2014) and earned her professional designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2021, after joining as a Candidate Member in 2014.
