About Marie-France

Marie-France Benoit joined Avison Young in 2022 as National Director, Market Intelligence. Responsible for developing and implementing the company's market insights strategy nationwide, she is also actively involved in the rollout of the leading-edge market analysis solutions powered by Avison Young Technologies.

Marie-France brings more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including 15 years with the Altus Group where she held a variety of roles including business development, advisory services, content development, and product and data platform management. She is recognized in the industry as a specialist in communicating information about the commercial real estate market in all its forms.

Marie-France has a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University John Molson School of Business and completed an Executive MBA in Real Estate Studies at Université du Québec à Montréal. She is involved in several industry committees and is an active member of CREW Montréal.
