Mark leads Avison Young’s Québec Capital Markets team, where he drives the origination and execution of high-value investment transactions across the province. Backed by a deep bench of seasoned professionals, he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial, retail, industrial, multifamily, office, and land assets. Since joining Avison Young in March 2023, Mark has drawn on over 20 years of prior experience at CBRE and JLL to build one of Canada’s most dynamic capital markets platforms. Consistently recognized among Canada’s top-producing advisors, Mark continues to lead one of the country’s largest and best-performing Capital Markets groups. Over his career, he has facilitated 800+ transactions totaling more than C$10B, serving both private investors and major institutional clients across Canada and globally.

• Advised Cominar on the landmark 900,000 SF sale of Place Laval, Québec’s largest mixed-use office complex, unlocking value for adaptive reuse and redevelopment.
• Completed the sale of Central Parc in Laval, C$249M a 541-unit multifamily community sold to Boardwalk REIT the largest multifamily transaction of the year. 
• Advised Firm Capital on the sale of 5775 Ferrier Street, Montréal, a strategically located 137,000 SF industrial building in Ville Mont-Royal, offering premier last-mile connectivity and reinforcing demand for infill industrial assets.
• Closed the landmark sale of Brunswick Medical Centre, Pointe-Claire, one of Québec’s largest medical complexes, housing 100+ healthcare professionals and welcoming 300,000+ annual patient visits, highlighting the resilience of healthcare real estate.
• Executed the sale of a 13-property NNN Quick-Service Restaurant Portfolio across Québec, fully leased to leading QSR brands (Pizza Hut, KFC, Burger King, Rotisseries Benny, Pizza Salvatoré), featuring a WALT of 6.4 years, stable income, and long-term redevelopment potential.
