About Martin

Martin Jepil is the Global Chief Information Officer at Avison Young, where he leads the firm’s global technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, Martin is responsible for aligning information systems, data, and emerging technologies with Avison Young’s business objectives to support growth, innovation, and operational excellence across its international platform, product development and integration of artificial intelligence.

With a strong focus on modernization, security, and scalability, Martin partners closely with executive leadership and regional teams to deliver technology solutions that enhance client service, enable collaboration, and drive efficiency. His leadership ensures that Avison Young’s technology ecosystem supports both current business needs and long-term strategic goals.

Martin is recognized for his ability to translate complex technology concepts into practical, business-driven outcomes, helping position Avison Young as a forward-thinking, technology-enabled commercial real estate advisory firm.

Prior to Avison Young, Martin built a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years in senior technology leadership roles across multiple industries. His previous positions include:

• Chief Technology Officer, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services, where he led large-scale enterprise and cloud technology initiatives, including cloud platforms, enterprise data architecture, CRM, automation, and the integration of artificial intelligence to enhance client service and operational performance across international business.
• Chief Technologist and Global Head of Enterprise Product Engineering, DXC Technology
• Senior leadership roles at CGI, IBM, delivering complex digital transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients across financial services, insurance, manufacturing, consulting, and telecommunications sectors
• In addition to his role at Avison Young, Martin serves on number of board advisory, contributing thought leadership on enterprise architecture, AI‑driven transformation, and cross‑industry technology strategy.
