About Mason

Mason Sinkeldam is an Associate Vice President with Avison Young, advising clients across Guelph, Wellington County, and the broader Waterloo Region. Since entering the commercial real estate industry in 2022, Mason has built a strong local presence, assisting business owners, investors, and developers with sale and lease transactions across multiple asset classes.

With deep roots in the Guelph and Wellington markets, Mason provides clients with grounded, real-time market insight paired with a strategic, data-driven advisory approach. His work spans owner-occupier transactions, investment sales, and development-related assignments, allowing him to support clients through both operational and capital considerations.

In recognition of his early career impact and leadership, Mason was named SIOR Canada’s 2025 Young Professional of the Year and was a finalist for Avison Young’s Emerging Leader of the Year in both 2023 and 2025. He was promoted to Associate Vice President in January 2026.

While Mason’s focus remains local, he strategically leverages Avison Young’s GTA, national, and global platform to bring broader exposure and institutional connectivity to assignments within Southwestern Ontario. This collaborative approach ensures that clients benefit from both local market expertise and cross-market reach.
