About Matt

Matt Pettinger is a Partner in the Victoria office and Senior Vice President specializing in Dispositions and Acquisitions of commercial properties including industrial, retail, office, multi-family, and land across Southern Vancouver Island. Matt also has extensive experience in commercial leasing in all property types. Matt comes by his interest in real estate honestly with a family of realtors and investors providing market insight and experience in property management over the years. Prior to joining the Victoria office he was a professional hockey player for 15 years. After his schooling in Victoria, Matt attended the University of Denver on an athletic scholarship where he enrolled in the business program.

Away from the office Matt can be found at the Victoria Golf Club or coaching youth sports.
