Michael Buchan began his commercial real estate career with Avison Young in Vancouver after completing his undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia in 2008. Michael specializes in the acquisition and disposition of all commercial investment property types including development land, multi-family, office, and retail assets throughout Metro Vancouver.

Michael believes in the client-centric model he has developed to fully assess the commercial real estate needs and situation of each client before setting forth a detailed execution strategy in order to accomplish the desired objectives.
