About Mor

Mor Levy-Vilner, has over 10 years of experience in the field of real estate valuation and advisory, specializing in vacant and redevelopment land appraisals as well as expropriation and infrastructure valuations across the GTA and the Province of Ontario. Other consulting services include feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis and various market studies. The Land and Development client base includes private owners, developers, and or builders; mortgage lenders; law firms; government entities including Municipal and Regional offices, Conservation Authorities, provincial infrastructure; and more.

Mor has received her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and received her Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation in 2021.
Some of her regular government clients include municipalities, school boards and post-secondary institutions throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and provincial infrastructure (Metrolinx).
