Natasha Griffin joined Americas Professional Services as Senior Manager, Program & Operations, to help deliver operational efficiencies and connect our professionals and teams with other service lines within Avison Young.

Her core areas of focus include:

• Performance management including financial reporting
• Growth/market strategies
• Process management & improvement
• Operational excellence and technologies
• Business solutions

Natasha has seven years of experience in operations and IT staffing with her former role as Operations Manager with Modis Canada where she was responsible for the alignment of operational structure, procedures and tool implementations. She grew up in the United Kingdom and graduated from the University of Southampton, an UK equivalent of Ivy League school, with a B.Sc. in Honours Psychology. Natasha currently lives in Mississauga, ON with her significant other, Cameron, and dog, Mutley. She enjoys hiking in Ontario, live music, crafting and British candy.
