About Nick

Nick Almeida is an Associate on the Sales team at Avison Young’s Toronto West office, specializing in industrial real estate throughout the Greater Toronto Area, with a particular focus on the GTA West. He graduated in spring 2025 from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Arts degree, where he studied marketing and sociology, providing him with a strong foundation in delivering business development and client focused solutions.

Prior to joining the sales team, Nick gained valuable experience as a summer student with Avison Young’s Market Intelligence team, developing a comprehensive understanding of real estate fundamentals and the vital role that market data plays in informed decision-making. Growing up playing competitive sports instilled in Nick a strong drive for competition, collaboration, effective communication, and a dedicated work ethic, qualities that he looks to bring to every client engagement.
